Ive had a couple of weeks! My mom is in bad health and ive been taking her to all of her doctors appointments but we try to make it fun by going to lunch together too or or both! Ive been keeping up on my workouts and my eating too. Today I weighed in for the first time in a while cause my scale was on the fritz but im proud to announce ive lost 51 lbs since Christmas!!! I am so happy and i feel so good really...i can tell a big difference in energy and in my mind. I hope you all have a great weekend and I hope i get to blog alot more. I miss my sparkfriends! emoticon emoticon emoticon
