well I HATE scales and I HATE numbers. my allergies have parked in my ear and it feels like an ear infection, but its not, just fluid build up. I got some flonaze to help it drain. But I had to get on the scale. 306. WHAT?!?!?! Ive been eating paleo strictly. the last time I was on a scale April 1 I was 298, and immediately switched to paleo. I was 20 days good paleo in April and 25 days ALL this month paleo. Granted I had just eaten lunch, but thats up not the same as not down. I tried really hard to just let it go yesterday but it stil bothers me. Im going to finish this month and hope I did something positive for my weight/health. But if I gained Im going to scream, and cry and pitch a royal fit.

I do whats right and this is what I get.

    I have a really hard time "controlling" the scale so I try to focus on rewarding myself for controllable behaviors. I find that if I stick with my plan the scale ~eventually~ catches up. Plus you could try focusing on how you feel, if you're making healthy choices consistently I'll bet you have a ton of energy!

    should always weigh first thing in the morning, sans clothing.

    Keep the faith and keep your chin up....by the way, have you checked into
    gluten intolerance???
