So I am actually trying to lose weight and get in shape and I swear that no matter what, the scale is either not moving or going the wrong way. My husband, on the other hand, is not actively trying to lose, instead is eating what he wants, although he skips breakfast, drinks beer and eats junk food and has lost weight. He is currently making himself two sandwiches for lunch!! What gives? I'm almost tempted to go his route.
