Today was weigh-in day, and I lost another 1.2 lbs! That is success three weeks in a row, and I'm excited. It feels good to finally be losing consistently and reaching my goals. I did great at the gym this week too, working out three days for 60, 45, and 50 minutes on the treadmill. So, I kept within my points food-wise, worked out every other day, tracked my food and fitness, logged into SP everyday.....that means I am sticking to my goals and reaching them! Progress feels so good.
Our vacation is less than a month away, so if I keep to my plans/goals I will feel pretty good for our trip. I'm still nervous about being comfortable on the long airplane rides, but at least now I feel like I am doing something to prepare for it. Losing as much as I can each week until we leave is my main goal & it's the best I can do. I'm doing it!
