Plan for Weekend

Weekends are kinda nuts... and Memorial Day weekend even more so.

Today for breakfast was quick and dirty... toast with coffee and an apple.
Lunch will be out... will try and be careful.
Movie in the afternoon... told hubby NO SNACKS there. NONE. Because I am not strong enough to resist.
Dinner: thai green curry chicken and brown rice with lots of broccoli, carrots, green onions. Tea.

morning will be a huge egg scramble for the family with turkey sausage in it and light pepper jack cheese served with a fruit salad

lunch: a huge salad with leftover chicken, salsa, avocado, green onions, tomatoes, and light chipotle ranch

Snack: yogurt and frozen berries

Dinner: Kids are having pizza... I will have the last of the tzatziki on grilled chicken breast with side of tomatoes and cucumber salad

Monday: Breakfast will be granola and fruit and yogurt, Lunch grilled turkey burgers and fruit salad and fermented pickles, Snacks: veggie tray and naked pita chips served with hummus, Dinner: not sure yet... something chinese ... homemade with chicken... if I have not had a good day will skip the brown rice, lots of veggies
