Day #6 of Making a Habit

On 5/20 I made the decision to make exercise, once again , a habit in my life. The theory is - it takes 21 consecutive days to make a habit , so my plan is to work out for 21 consecutive days for at least 30 minutes to get back on the exercise track. This week I worked out Monday - Saturday for a total of 543 minutes and I feel great. From working out at the gym to walking 45 minutes during lunch, I can actually feel my body responding to the exercise.
So far :

I am sleeping better - no waking up in the middle of the night
Hot flashes have once again disappeared
I feel stronger and therefore walk taller and faster - my swagger is back
My blood pressure has been lowered from 120/80 to 115/70
The insanity at work stays at work and when I am there , it is almost like I have a teflon armor. The negativity , whining and just general misery of others just rolls off my back onto the floor.
