My round steak wasn't tenderized, but I poked some little holes in it with a meat tenderizer that I have. I was worried that it would be tough, but baking it in the oven after you brown the meat really makes it nice and tender. Both the girls ate this and DH raved that it was delicious. I'll be making this again as this meat goes on sale at my grocery store often.
