NOTE TO SELF
If we really believed that this is a journey not a destination we would not go round and round on that cycle of lose weight get in our skinny jeans then put weight back on again. Looking to the scale as our master and forgetting all the good healthy habits we are forming. One of the hardest things is a change in thinking. We had years of thinking the wrong way. It seems if we focus on the negative we react negative and sabotage our selves. We need to look at the good we have accomplish. Even if it seems small. Then look out to the future to another goal we want to accomplish...with baby steps so we do not set ourselves up for failure.
Looking at past accomplishments gives energy to go forward.
Looking at failures pushes us back and sets us up to fail again.
