Weekly Goals: May 25-June 1

Reflecting back to a time I was dropping weight like I knew what I was doing, I've decided to resume my blogging habits of that time. Advance apologies as these blogs are not funny, interesting or inspiring but they help me progress.

Desired End Result:
Body Moveable THEN Body Beautiful

1. Track Nutrition EVERY day

2. Prepare at least 6 Breakfasts, 5 Lunches and 4 Dinners at home

3. Eat within Calorie Range 5 of 7 days

4. Drink a minimum of 8 Water glasses EVERY day

5. Perform 402 Fitness Minutes

6. Walk at least 56,000 Steps

7. Be Active around the House once daily

8. Lose 1 lb

Current Challenges:
5% Spring Into Summer - Consume at least 35g of Fiber; Exercise 120 mins

Challenge+Motivation=Weight Loss - Exceed 10 points for specific behaviors

CAMO - Exceed exercise goal; Eat rejuvenating food; Personal Goal-MOVE!
