Weighed in today, and down 4.4 lbs to 237.6 from 242.0, since Tuesday. Even better all my pain from the kidney stones is gone, so no pain for the first time in 2-3 months. Had my eggs and applesauce, and my plans for today are to just relax and read. I have to do some laundry, and cook dinner, but not much else to do today. Supposed to be 64 and sunny, and I am going to take a long walk around noon, if I can force myself to get started on it.
I added an entire can of green beans to my stew/stir fry, and I think the extra fiber helps. I was eating the beans as a side dish, and didn't like the taste as much, and finally just threw them into the mushrooms, tomatoes, and chicken mix. I had been skipping them, and getting less than 10g of fiber a day. Added in some oil to get my calories, and I love the dish. Plus that gets me to my goal of 60% fat. My carbs are up to 12%, because of the applesauce with my eggs. I am getting 12 servings of fruit/veggies, and still losing weight, so all is good right now. My protein dropped to 27%, but I think a lb of chicken, plus the eggs is enough.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Supposed to be 90 by next weekend, but the next 2 days are going to be gorgeous here. Hopefully it is where you are too. My pool opens on Friday, but if I want to go there, I will have to be there when it opens. I don't like it hotter than 80 degrees.
