day 3 i weighed this morning 186

the first time the scale has budged in ages. This is the famous 3rd day when after this I will not be hungry and have lots of energy. Hoping hoping hoping. Left leg very store behind the knee on the hamstring. I was on my feet more than I wanted yesterday and did the recumbent bike. Would love a day in town to water walk at the Tamarack wellness center. Food wise last night I had shrimp and veggies for my lean and green meal. It was a lot more protein than I was used to eating gave me gas. I am just not accustomed to carcass I think I will go back to tofu and v eggie patties.
