When I'm cranky.
When I'm gloomy.
When I'm stiff.
When I wanna eat right now.
When I HAVE eaten right then, and not the right stuff.
When I'm bored.
When I feel like a coiled spring (thanks for that image, Barb!)
When I'm tense.
When I'm overwhelmed.
Even sometimes when I think I'm tired . . . but I'm not really.
Moving does help. After I've done it.
