for real! If you are like me...a self admitted fitness freak and STILL chunky, you might wanna ask a few questions.

I needed to stop sabotaging my good workouts! I also needed to up my intensity! During my marathon training I gained weight and would run a steady pace every training run! I was afraid to get injured! But now? I am doing sprints and even doing some HIIT on the Row machine. whew
I also started to eat less this week! And guess what? I lost almost 3 pds! What?! I know right?
I wore my shorty shorts to the gym! And my gut is getting smaller!
Something about wearing my Army 10miler tee got me motivated for my squats!

Yep, you cannot out train a bad diet and this week proved it to me! I am motivated!!!!
