how about 2 hi fiber waffles with a carton of greek yogurt; Nature's Path Heritage grains cereal with half a banana, handful of walnuts and soy milk; hi-fiber toast w/tub margarine and some cottage cheese with a Tbs of Polaner strawberry jam (that actually has fiber in it) and some strawberries or blueberries mixed in. And any breakfast can include an orange-to replace orange juice- as a better option.
