I like trying new things and making pancakes with just banana and eggs sounded pretty good... just think of all them proteins... it tasted really nice, in fact it felt like cheating cause thanks to the banana it tasted really sweet, the problem was that it didn't turn out to turn into a pancake whatsoever... I ended up having banana scrambled eggs, which isn't bad at all, especially if you eat it with home made sugar free apple sauce and cinnamon... so, that's what I had for breakfast, and what about you???
My weight went up a little but such is life, I won't worry about it or anything, but I will go on kicking and fighting. I feel really low on energy, dunno if that is just the lack of easy sugar in my diet, maybe not, I felt slow and without energy before as well.
I also know that I shouldn't be too strict on myself with the sugar, but I feel that at present I have to. I did the one treat a week thing before and it just plain backfired. Presently I will cut out everything... focus on the presently. I will reintroduce it again as a once a week thing or something, but for now I will get rid of it completely, and it feels so liberating!!!
I'm so grateful though for a BEAUTIFUL winter's day. If all winter days were like this I wouldn't mind winter whatsoever...the sun was shining, the sky a brilliant blue and only a light breeze, perfect to go for a bike ride, which we did.
I'm so grateful that we can go for bike rides, that my legs work, that I do have the balance and coordination to do so.... so, so, soooo grateful!!!
