The Fast Diet: week 1 weigh in results

This is my first weigh in following the fast diet and I am pleased to report a 2.1 lbs loss for the week
ok maybe a little early for the big pants man.
I'm hoping next week will also fly by easily as its a busy one at work.
I have brought some cod for diet days evening meal not exactly sure how to cook it yet, hopefully I will find good receipes over the week the next diet day is Monday !!
