The Fast Diet: week 1 weigh in results

emoticon This is my first weigh in following the fast diet and I am pleased to report a 2.1 lbs loss for the week emoticon ok maybe a little early for the big pants man.

I'm hoping next week will also fly by easily as its a busy one at work.

I have brought some cod for diet days evening meal not exactly sure how to cook it yet, hopefully I will find good receipes over the week the next diet day is Monday !!

    I started the Fast Diet this week too! I've found that for me I need breakfast and lunch - but can survive through to the next day with a nice low-cal miso soup. It's whatever works for yourself, right? Good luck with the Fast Diet. Let us know how you get on.

  You've inspired me! I'm quite lazy on Fasting days--usually end up with a WW prepared meal, but maybe I'll try some fish this week! Congratulations on the 2 lb. loss!

    Wrap it in foil, add a couple of slices of lemon, and bake in the oven, about 150 degrees, centigrade, for 20 minutes. Serve with tomatoes and mash.
