I had a lot of stress and pain this week and reacted as I usually do by eating things I shouldn't. Honestly, I wasn't as bad as I normally would have been, but still I did not stick to my diet as I should have and the scale knows it. I went to the chiropractor yesterday and was taught some stretching exercises that she says should help alleviate the back pain. My other problem, the "stress" is caused by the parent of a student. That, I don't know how to fix. Fortunately, I'm off work after June 4th for six weeks. I'll have to figure out a way to deal with the stress before next school year.
