    I am just coming out of the same thing. I had to pray my way out. I have to pray my way through. It is not easy but you CAN do it. I pray that the Lord give you courage, joy, and strength. In the name of Jesus.

Oh. I also found out the Gluten causes me to feel down and sore.

    As the saying goes, CONTROL what you can CONTROL! Please just release the rest out into the universe, things have a way of working out. Sometimes your forced to take the LONG way! You are STRONGER than you think you are!

    I know just how you feel. I went thru a lot of the same things you are. It puts you into a deep depression. I had to change my thoughts on myself instead of everybody else. I know it was hard and took time. And still going thru the changes of doing something for myself and health. I can't believe I let myself go and got run down so much. im changing my train of thought as to how I would look if I lost this weight. And feel more confident in myself. So focus on yourself and leave the past behind.
Celery and carrots are good to munch on instead of other foods. You can think a lot chewing on them and not put on a lot of weight. When the others realize your ignoring them and not dwelling on them, they wake up and wonder why they aren't getting all your attention. We can do this journey VDSHIELDS.

    Go back to the basics - water, low fat food and walking. The water and walking will help bring your mood up and that is 90% of the battle.
Give yourself 3 daily easy goals like 10 min of walking, 8 glasses of water and 5 fruits and veggies - you will easily get them accomplished and that success will also help bring up your mood and fuel your spirits for the next week.

  Oh Sweetie, I KNOW how you feel. I too have experienced the stress at work and taking care of little ones and a pending divorce. The season you're in is challenging, without a doubt; however, try to remember to ask God for the serenity to accept the things you can not change, the power to change the things you can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Sometimes it may be hourly, but He will show you things you can change little by little that will make huge differences. Keep the Faith! Be Good to you and trust Jesus to see around the corner. Evaluate your priorities and allow yourself to develop new attitudes and behaviors during this time that are healthier and provide joy and satisfaction for you and your little one! emoticon

    You lost the weight once so you know you are capable of losing the weight. Try to remember that. I would suggest joining a women's group of divorced ladies raising kids. You seem depressed and being with people going through the same stresses can be helpful.

Take baby steps to get back on track.

    I am praying for you! God loves you and has a good plan for your life. If you will turn to Him He will help you determine what needs to be changed and then will give you the strength to make those changes. God is for you! He will carry you through the difficult days and walk with you through the challenges of life. Run to Him and let Him help you!
