Got My Butt KickedToday - Episode 6

I had another fantastic personal training session this afternoon! Ross has me doing things that I had no idea were possible. I can now do a modified squat, dead-lift a barbell that is taller than I am, and comfortably use kettle bells. I was also doing medicine ball sit-ups, which blew my mind.

The most exciting part is that, when I got on the scale this morning, I found I lost another 2.5 pounds. That brings my total loss thus far to 98 pounds. What an incredible day!
