Today was the last weigh in for eh challenge I will say challenge did not start off so great for me which started on March 3rd and first weigh in was March 16 I weighed in at 147.9 then 2 weeks later I was up to 149. Not a great way to start huh? Gaining that much in 2 weeks?
I didn't get serious and buckle down until May 1st when I was completely disgusted in what was going on with me. I got back to tracking and not worrying if I stay in range or not got back to Shapes fitness for women and really started to get serious once again on my strength training 3 times a week using the runner's beginning routine found here at SP ( I started these exercises in April)
Finished the challenge at 139 if I don't count the highest I got during the challenge it was a 6.02% of my body weight i lost in those 12 weeks (challenge is officially 10 weeks) If i calculate from the 149 I got to on March 29th that would be 6.71% weight loss over the same time.
Accomplishments duirng the challenge one inch loss from my waist and Body Fat % was 30.3 and of Wednesday body Fat % was 28.3% 2% loss 8.9 pounds loss from the first weigh in from week 2 weigh in would be 10 pounds if we count the week I really went up on the scale
Seems once I stopped focusing on results and working on making changes is when I started to see RESULTS I do see this challenge as successful I made progress
