I just put on a sweatshirt that used to be to tight. It is a little baggy! I haven't been able to weigh myself since April 29th so I don't know if I have lost any more weight, but I have been breathing better and I have been able to do a lot more active stuff and have been feeling great! I was starting to get upset that I don't know how much I weigh but I guess I should just be happy that I feel so good now. emoticon

You are doing so well without having to concern yourself with a number on a scale. Keep up the great work and when you finally get a chance to hop onto a scale I bet you will be very content with your progress!

Often enough it's more important to pay attention to the non-scale victories (how you feel, how your clothes fit, exercise successes, etc) than to see what the lying scale says. Be proud of the NSV you're having!

Wonderful! Actually it might be a good thing to stay away from the scale for awhile and just concentrate on doing those things you need to for a healthy lifestyle. Sometimes getting on those scales can do more harm than good. Best Wishes to you!

Yes, don't let the emoticon decide how good you should feel. Just feel it! emoticon
