Week 3 of May Maintenance started off with a new sweet treat
Lemon Greek Yogurt Cheesecake! I found this recipe and it a definite keeper.
I am still waking with Billy and crew in the morning and getting my PT 24/7 workouts done. I stopped any workouts after work and instead traded for some much needed spring cleaning this week
Week 3 scale results 175.2!
I am really in the mid point of my maintenance range of 172-177
Tomorrow I am having a cook-out to celebrate my son's 10th birthday ( he turned 10 on 5/22) so I have been running around trying to get everything. Stressful but it will be worth it.
Next week I am scheduled to take a Cross Row Fit class. I have never done this class so it should be interesting since it sounds like circuit training on the row machine
We have postponed our Family Rock Climbing class until next month but we are excited about going.
Next Friday is measurement day-
