My Motivation for Today!

I have been trying to walk on my treadmill more. Today I did 5K before my circuit training. I felt pretty powerful. I was able to get 90,000 steps in this week. It made up for my poor showing of only 30,000 steps last week. I think I used a stationary bike, which is not tracked as steps (thus the name stationary) and ST DVDs.
I am hoping that mixing up my exercise will bump up my weight loss.
But I am prepared for this to take a long time. I gained in less than one week, and am ok with it taking one month to lose it. I am looking to build muscles.
Muscles a natural girdle. Who needs Spanx, when you have obliques and transverse abdominal muscles to pull everything in.
