That is what I told myself today. This insomnia is dragging my energy down a lot, but I am still moving. I walked Cooper over 10 miles today, ran 1.5 miles in 13 minutes and did 1000 strokes in 44 minutes on my rower. Also got a little cleaning and a load of laundry in there. I start a sleep med tonight. Hopefully that means I will get a good night's sleep tonight. This lack of sleep is for the birds.
I decided to weigh in today, instead of tomorrow. I am now at 159.5 pounds. That is not bad. I have lost nearly a third of what I need to lose to reach my 5% goal. (If I did the math right.)
My challenge from SparkCoach for today is to eat at the TOP of my calorie range. That is hard for me to do. I have gotten used to eating at the low end (or under) my calorie range. It will take some work to meet this challenge. I can do it... it is just going to take some snacking!
