My obliques may be feeling this one tomorrow:)

16 miles spin

TRX ab ripper
ab roll outs
tire slams
rainbows on pull up bar
rainbows on the reaper
rainbows with KB
sandbell get ups with hip thrust

Thinking of getting the pups out, but not going to beat myself up if I don't. Spinning tomorrow and LEG day:)

To recap this week:
AM cardio-every day
SWEAT-every day
Bonus SWEAT-2...a third is not going to happen...maybe next week, legs need to rest:)
PM cardio-every day
No sweets, tons of veggies and water:)
Looks like week 1 is solid! Hoping the other 2 are this easy!
