Protein in the afternoon

Recently I've figured out that I need protein in the afternoon to help me feel fuller till Dinner. I was having fruit or almonds around 3pm, but this week I've eaten hard-boiled eggs, black & garbanzo beans and cheese. It has helped me to stay within my calorie range and I've lost 2.5 lbs. :)

    I too like to get plenty of protein intake and hard boiled egg whites are a great way to do that.
