Feeling good today! Incredibly sore, still. The cardio that I tried out yesterday was a new one - again, I was blown away by how difficult it was for me to get through the 30 minutes. It's a strange reality. My muscles are in full rebellion.
Yesterday was great, until there was a stall at dinnertime. By the time that I managed to finish cooking, I was tired and starving. I had done 30 minutes of a Spark interval cardio online before cooking, and ended up eating more than the 3 oz. serving of swia (white fish). But I don't feel bad. It was my first real slip-up, and it's not like I went nuts on a gallon of ice cream or a huge bag of chips or cheese and crackers or chocolate. It was lean white meat and extra steamed spinach - a definite upgrade from what I'd normally consider "being bad". Since I went 200 calories over, I skipped the ice cream snack that was on the day 4 menu. It all panned out!
Happy with how it's going, and am feeling some good changes (more energy, even a little less bulky around the middle:)).
