The lunch today was fun, but I did eat more than I should have. I had a black bean burger and fries, whereas a salad would have been the better option. Tonight I am having a salad and lentil loaf so that's fairly light. I'm 100 cal. over for the day, but I also am 400 cal. over on exercise for the week! So hopefully that will help balance things out.
Yesterday I did my second weight workout at work and I upped the curl weight to 15 lbs per side. It made me work a lot harder but it is still doable, so I'm going to stick with that weight for a bit. I do need to choose a more difficult ab exercise though. I still have pretty strong abs from bellydance so I may try something on the exercise ball or with weights.
Overall it's been a pretty good week. I am down 2 lbs. from the beginning of the week. I always have a fairly big loss starting out so I can't let that lull me into a sense of having a better handle on my eating than I really do.
