I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in a few days....I tried C25K D1W1 - and lasted all of about 10 minutes before I thought I would be sick. I hopped off the treadmill and thought switching to the bike would be easier - nope....then the dizziness set it. I made my way to the change room and it took about 20 minutes until I was confident that I could leave the building and make it home without passing out.
So I'm taking this weekend off and will try again on Monday - I guess I have to build all my running back up :(
This morning at work they had a thank you breakfast for our department - this summer is going to be crazy with all the work we have to do and the deadlines we have (some imposed from the company and some from the government) we only have so much wiggle room! I went down to the breakfast and it was all CRAP!! I can't believe I skipped my yummy smoothie for this! I ended up getting an apple danish (pretty small), a small slice of lemon poppyseed cake and a few of the decorative strawberries lol They had absolutely no fruit! I couldn't believe it - I was really looking forward to watermelon, strawberries, cantaloupe etc. Instead it was all sugary processed crap.
Instead of my 10P smoothie - I used 12P (conservatively estimated lol) - not the best start to my day.
