Close your eyes and imagine all of your goals laid out in front of you on a giant billboard. Why do you want to reach those goals so badly and how will they change your life? What choices should you make today to get you one step closer to those goals?

I know when I get closer to my goal weight, I feel better. Healthier. Stronger. I will be able to run further.
I will feel better about my body image. I know this is an issue I should be working on right now. It's a loving yourself no matter what kind of issue. I just can't seem to be there. I'm stuck feeling like my body let me down. It won't let me get in the fitness I want/need. But that's not entirely true. Yes, my body is not strong enough, but there's a mental aspect too. My blocks are not all physical. I need to work through the mental blocks too.
What can I do today? I can work on just today. Eating well. Getting exercise. Just what I can do today. If I do the best I can today, that's all I can ask of me.
