so i have an exttttra long weekend ahead of me (im off until wednesday!) and i cannot wait. unfortunately, my boyfriend is working most of this time, and most of my friends are going out of town...so i have decided to use this time for both relaxation and EXERCISE!!!!
it is supposed to be absolutely beautiful here this weekend, and i am planning to head to the park every day of this break and work on my running!! i did p90x instead of running yesterday, and while my body is nice and sore :) my heart rate just doesnt get up to the same level.
i am going to focus on my 1000 cal deficit (and yes, this includes eating MORE if i burn more!!!), getting in at least 5 miles a day, building up my running skills, and enjoying the weather!! i am also going to try to up my minimum water intake from 8 cups to 10...my skin has been gross, and i am trying to cleanse it from the inside-out :)
