Today started out GREAT! Got on the scale and IT WAS DOWN 4 POUNDS!!!!! Also, I have to say I feel really good. The food I have been eating is fueling my body and is tasty.
String cheese for snack
Lunch...loaded sweet potato
Greek yogurt for snack
Dinner was at my mom's house. Small steak, fresh veggies, and a Pillsbury biscuit. That last part wasted a lot of calories. Now I am wishing I hadn't eaten it. Oh well, better choices next time.
Watermelon and Quaker Poppers for evening snack.
I did go over my calories for the day, but not by much and I had a lot of extra physical activity, so I feel like it balanced out.
I did water aerobics class, working on the farm, and then a brisk walk with my dad this evening. I won't be able to do that every day, but it was nice today.
I can't wait to see how I can fit in some exercise tomorrow!
