Still No Energy, But I Did A Workout!

Yesterday I did not have any energy at all...I was moving so slow..so I figured my body was telling me to take a break..my hubby also said I needed a break from working out so hard..he said exercising is my life now and I need to slow it down..but I feel that if I do..I will want to get back into my old habits and be lazy again. I think that once you get into a good habit it becomes your lifestyle! My friend PRESBESS said I can take a little tiny, itty bitty break..and I did just that because today I was on it, I actually made up for yesterday..taking a break is not for me..I did figure out why I didn't have any energy, I have a nasty cold..I have been sneezing and coughing all day..but I got that workout done any way! I am hoping tomorrow is better for me because I have a meeting in the morning, I really hate being sick..Well Sparkfriends have a goodnight..

    You have been on this journey for quite some time now so your body has gotten use to this routine (Lifestyle change). It seem that there is a little fear there that's why you won't allow yourself a little rest. It's a total trick of the enemy.

    Even though as the other Sparkie has stated that when you're sick, sometimes exercising make you not only feel better but helps you to get better sooner. It was a great thing that you pushed yourself to do the workout, however, listen to your body and allow your body to rest from all the exercising from time to time like the hubby suggested.


    You are doing a wonderful job and may I add a great motivator...keep up the great work!!!

    I've noticed that workin gout when you're under the weather (just a tad) helps you get better faster. I don't enjoy being sick (no one does)however being at home seems to make me even sicker! Good that you decided to keep up the good work like, as you stated, once it becomes a "habit", it's a life style change for you! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
