Hi there everyone!
I was at work for 5 hectic and chaotic nightshifts! Those of you that are nurses will understand! Needless to say, I had my fitbit on and clocked up the mileage! I tried to eat well, planned my meals etc, but I was too busy to eat! I also was too busy to drink too much! Needless to say my weight loss this week has slowed down, but I am now stepping it up now that I am back home! Today went shopping with my husband and we went to a farm market store called Sprouts, so I am all stocked up on my fruit and veges again! We enjoyed some sweetcorn on the cob tonight with dinner!
I have been catching up on my spring challenge today, putting in all my points. I just found out that I was in 2nd place last week for my weight loss! I am amazed and it gave me the boost I need during this week! Thanks Daisies!
This week the challenge was to track all my food and that was not possible during my week, I am glad to say that it is not usually like this at work, so hope to be able to keep up! I need to use my SP app more on my iphone. Where I am staying I do not have internet access. I go back to work tomorrow night for another 3 nights, so plan on being better with my tracking!
