I was kinda busy today and still managed to eat pretty healthy overall even after going to bob evans today. I had to help a friend watch her kiddos while she went to child support court today, I missed breakfast which doesn't bother me like I don't get hungry or anything but I know it's best to eat at least something small to keep you metabolism at a good rate and to be healthy overall. Then when she got out of court we went to bob evans restaurant I ate a grilled chicken sandwich that had a bed of spinach portabella mushrooms, cheese no sauce or dressing and a small serving of coleslaw, I also had a few cheese bites, I know the ciabotta bread wasn't that great for me but otherwise the other ingredients were overall a healthy choice. then when I returned home I had to go the kids open house at school, they had hot dogs for the main course, not so good but I had only one with less then a half serving of chips and some not so ordinary health pasta salad that had carrots, corn, cucumbers and tomatos....no cheese or pepperonis. better than the norm I also had a tea and more than 8 cups of water today....overall I did the best that I could for what I was given. plus I had a great time today even though I missed my zumba class I take a different one tomorrow to make up for it....the plus side I climbed three levels of stairs and also descended the stairs as well on the way down. plus I walked and walked in the kids overly large school tonight....Highlight of my night my son's science fair project won 3rd place ! way to go Nathaniel I'm so proud of you.
