Okay, I added Weight Watchers to my routine. I thought I'd give it a try since there are weekly meetings, local members to chat one-on-one with and accurate scales. My meetings are on Friday. Hopefully I have lost at least 1/2 pound. My goal is 1/2 a pound a week til 30 pounds are gone. And then keeping it off this time.
I am not discounting all the help I have gotten from SP and I plan to keep active here too. I just need the "personal" touch just now. I'm going through a lot with family, especially health issues with my daughter and oldest granddaughter and my allergies. Clyde tries to help and be supportive but I can gain weight just watching how much food he can put away and not gain weight. It just isn't fair somehow! It seems I can gain weight just walking past Cinnabon or the food court at the mall.
Maybe I should only shop the stores that have outside entrances.
