... I went for a walk. It's a gorgeous sunny day. I really should be getting some sleep before I start work tonight (5.30pm through to 3.00am) but will just have to make sure I rest tomorrow.
I am getting my plan of action into action (exercising regularly again - NOT using shift work as an excuse/enabler to not exercise)
