Overall I had a good day with fitness and eating. I got a little bit snacky in the afternoon, but I chose healthy ones :) Instead of chocolate or ice cream I got some apple chips and popchips. Wayyy better choice.
I went a little over my calorie range for the day, but with my walking and exercise I still managed a -151 cal deficit. So I'll take that. It does all add up!
I had a chance to pick up some pre-made meals from Snap Kitchen the other day... I am loving them. Today for lunch I had their "local kale caesar salad" and for dinner their "grassfed bison quinoa hash". So. Good. Dinner was 310 cal and had 30 protein and 6 fiber!! I honestly am going to cry when I have to go back to NYC. You would think there would be tons of healthy places that have pre-made healthy dinners like this, but noooo. The only things that are remotely similar are all vegan and I don't think that is my thing.
Anywhoo overall really happy with my day. 2nd day in a row with no dessert ;) I don't really miss it either! I was really inspired by a couple of other sparkers' blogs before I wrote mine. I was reminded that instead of a "vicious cycle", I can latch into a healthy cycle. That's really cool.
