On Monday or Tuesday I was chatting with my work buddy who is also a fellow spark buddy(Shar4fit) and we were talking about our weekend and she shared how her and her grand kids went to the park. While at the park they decided they were going to run/jog. Listening to her story inspired me to ask her if she wanted to try 1 minute jog sprints to the pod runner when we walked at break. We tried this once and did not make it the first time jogging for a minute and today we decided we would try jogging again
at least two times for 1 minute during our 15 minute walk.
Let me tell you when we finished that first minute we felt like Rocky
What a great feeling to know we were able to jog for a full minute. It took us 3 minutes to cool down enough by walking before we did it again!
