Challenge Day 3 results

So yesterday I decided to take a rest day on my legs and arms. I did do a few ab exercises though. Im glad I gave my legs a rest though cause I woke up this morning and they were still a lil sore. Think they needed a break. I think I will break up my 2 rest days now. I originally planned for the weekend off. I think I will take just sat or sun off now. Not both. Anyway, I did well with my eating, was a little under on my water intake though. Other than that I feel great!

Yesterdays meals:
- Breakfast
2 eggs scrambled w/ spinach (.5 cup)
whole wheat toast
Coffee w/ half and half

-Snack:
String Cheese

-Lunch
Isalean Chocolate Shake

-Snack
Hummus
Corn Tortilla Chips

-Dinner
Quinoa w/ chopped avocado
Salmon

I don't usually have too many shakes, but, yesterday I got home late for lunch and was so hungry I didn't want to wait for anything else. Protein shakes are always nice to have around the house for these reasons. They can really fill me up too...

Well, I hope everyone has a great rest of the day! Tomorrow is Friday and then it's a 3-day weekend! Didn't even realize it was until today. So that's exciting. Maybe we can plan something fun to do...
