That's a whole bunch of plain fat-free greek yogurt, with sliced bananas & blackberries. After I took these pics (with my cell phone) I realized that I had to add some trail mix to the bowl. It's Nature Harvest trail mix with: pumpkin seeds, soy nuts, sunflower kernels, dried cranberries, dates & raisins.
I was busy doing stuff online, so it took me about an hour to eat it all. Yes I ate breakfast at my desk and not at a kitchen table. :)
