A good 99% of the time, I like to drink my water plain. However, I enjoy adding a bit of a twist to my drinking water during the warmer months - for iced drinks - with herbal teabags. Like one peppermint (or any flavor) teabag for a gallon of water. The melting ice cubes delute the flavoring even more. I find that to be refreshing without the "iffy" quality &/or the expense of other water flavorings.
