Thursday, May 23rd:
While I waited for the computer to finish all it's updates, I did Jessica Smith's Walking for Weight loss, wellness & energy: High energy walk. If you're looking for a walking DVD that has new moves in it. Try this DVD. It's really good. This kept my heart rate up. I burned 301 calories with it today.

I also realized I needed to do the Spark Solution's strength training today. So I did the bodyweight Spark Swap Strength workout: 196 calories

Dance stretch: 38' The computer just wasn't on my side. It stopped 1/2 through to finish the updates. I'll have to do the last 1/2 later today. so in the 19 min I did, I burned 122 cals: www.youtube.com/watch?v=
