So taking charge and having the discipline to create the life I want have been on my mind lately. I want to have certain standards for how I treat my health and my body -- because I'm worth it.
Plan for the rest of the day:
-- Complete work project
-- Check in at end of day to check off list, report workout stats on this blog and set goals for tomorrow
-- 4 more glasses of water
Reasons for why I want to lose weight:
-- I want to make that extra push to have that active life and be happy with how I look and feel
-- I want to have the belief that I can achieve this particular goal because it's been on my mind forever
-- I want to create little successes that turn into big successes
