Motivation 5/23/2013 - Quick and Easy Tuna Salad!

This is a very easy recipe:
1 can Bush's Reduced Sodium Garbanzos Chick Peas
1 pouch Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1 small tomato, diced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon dry oregano
1/8 teaspoon dry basil
1/8 teaspoon dry cayenne pepper
Mix everything together. This makes about 3 servings with 133 calories, 2.3 g fat, 21.7 g carbs, 5.6 g fiber and 4.7 g protein per serving.
