Feeling back on track. I got in my walk yesterday evening. I didn't do my wii stuff since I didn't want to aggravate my neck/shoulder thing (which is much better today). So, I rode my stationary bike for five minutes. That was all I could manage.
I've had the bike for like seven years, and I HATE it. The seat hurts my butt, even when I was smaller and lighter than I am now it hurt my butt. I think it's just a bad seat. I threw a towel over it for a little extra padding.
I've always struggled with the peddling and I think it's because my legs aren't straight. I'm the opposite of bowlegged due to over correction from being born bowlegged. Anyway, I did the five minutes. My butt hated it, and my knees really hated it, but I plowed ahead. Once upon a time I could do twenty minutes before my knees just gave up. So, I think I'm going to add the bike in to my routine and work towards twenty minutes as a goal.
