Post Baby Goals (and pics!)

I got the ok to start working out 3 weeks ago and have sort have put it off. I've started waking more, but that's it. I was only maintaining my weight instead of losing the 20 pounds of baby weight right away. Olivia is now 9 weeks (2 days) old and in the blink of an eye she will be crawling and walking. I need to up my game so I can keep up with her! I'm already starving for energy and even walking up the 5 steps to my house feels like I'm still pregnant and out of breath. No more! I started yesterday with shopping for healthy meals, and wrote down some goals!
-1.5 pounds a week or more/focusing more on losing inches and gaining strength
-ReFit dance workouts on youtube at least 10 minutes/5 days a week
-ST alternating arms, legs and core daily
-Taking walks whenever weather is nice- at least a mile.
-Finishing at least a pitcher of water a day and planning meals in advance. (NO junk food in the house, NO POP in the house!)
I have to take my measurements and pictures today! I've already done my core workout (although I could add a few more reps here and there!)
