Lol I'm down 4 ounces this week...lol. it made me laugh but you know what? I will take it! I'm still heading in the right direction.
I have had a great couple of weeks, very focused and staying on plan. NO BAKING!
I have survived Mothers day and one other weekend without gaining weight even while eating in restaurants and going to the movies and other events. It feels good.
Here are a couple of things that are working for me
SHEER WILL AND DETERMINATION- I'm ready to lose weight again, not just stay put or gain.
THE Spark solution book- bought it, read most of it and have not implemented any of it..lol. BUT its a great starting point and I will pick and chooses things from it as I continue on. But I got 3 free months of
SPARK COACH so I signed up for the plateau busters team. I gotta say, it is very helpful to check in each morning and spend 5 minutes focusing on the goals of the day. 5 minutes to get my head in the game. It helps. A lot.
TRACKING- I am planning all my dinners so I never have to wing it. Breakfast and lunches are OK, I dont struggle with that. But dinner needs to be planned so I have everything on hand. I put it in my tracker and that tells me what I can eat or need to eat for breakfast and lunch.
FARMERS MARKET- in my town, its every Saturday right now so I like going and getting fresh stuff. It feels like I'm being healthy for even showing up. It keeps me on track.
So that is what's up with me. No BIG plans this weekend, just another reminder to me to NOT EAT LIKE A WOLF this weekend!
