    I don't like salmon or tuna so I stick to chicken and turkey for protein, also lots of recipes with beans. I could probably handle a vegetarian lifestyle if I wanted to.
    I do eat a lot of the things on your list - especially like roasted chickpeas as a snack and smoothies made with low-fat Greek yogurt!
