    Cool...I was just talking with my therapist and she wants me to journal my day in goal oriented, to-do list form and here is a great example from your blog!!! Thanks for sharing. Nice work on getting your day organized and keeping focused on health and moving!!! There is a program you can download called "The Big Stretch". It lets you know when you have been on the computer for whatever amount of time you set it for! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
